“ Trader Joes is my go to place. They have great frozen food, produce and when available they have the cheapest eggs in the area. I love the dish liquid and their laundry detergent. And the staff their is outstanding ... ”
“ I absolutely love the level of service I get at Trader Joes, even if its just when checking out. The employees are always so cheerful and it really makes a difference. Its like the InNOut of grocery stores! I really hope they keep it up. I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon after picking up a skincare order from Sephora, which is just across the street in the Bay Street Mall. I noticed that they had Korean Pears for only 1.49, which is an amazing deal compared to the 5 to 7 price tag at other stores. I wasnt sure if I would like them, so I only bought two. But after trying them, I was hooked! Theyre so juicy, crisp, and refreshing. The last time I was this excited about a piece of fruit was when I tried Star Fruit for the first time on the Big Island two years ago. Aside from the amazing pears, I really prefer coming to this location over the one on Lakeshore in Oakland, even though its a bit further from my house. Ive always found it to be more enjoyable. I even like it better than the one in Alameda. I like being able to come during the week when there arent as many people, and I always manage to find something delicious. The line wasnt long at all on Wednesday, and I had no trouble navigating through the store with my cart. The only thing I really miss is the Linguine with Clam Sauce, but there are plenty of other freezer meals to choose from for those times when I dont feel like cooking. Overall, I had a great experience at Trader Joes and Ill definitely be back for more of those amazing Korean Pears! ”
